What SellZam Is

SellZam (sellzam.com) is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Zambia. We provide the platform — we are not a party to any transaction between users and do not inspect or guarantee the items listed.

Your Account

To post listings or contact sellers you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Posting a Listing

When you post a listing you confirm you are the legal owner, the description and images are accurate, the item is not prohibited (no illegal goods, weapons, or counterfeits), and the price is clearly shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). We may remove any listing at our discretion.

Paid Services – Featured Listings

Featured Listings and Renewals are digital services delivered instantly upon confirmed payment. Prices are shown in ZMW and processed in USD via Netopia Payments. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not post false or misleading listings, spam or harass other users, attempt to take transactions off-platform to evade safeguards, scrape data from SellZam, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

Our Liability

SellZam is a platform intermediary. We do not verify the quality, safety, or legality of listed items and are not liable for losses arising from user transactions. Users buy and sell at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

The SellZam brand, logo, and platform code belong to Commit Software Solutions SRL. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, România.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SellZam after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
