Create a free account, then click "+ Sell Now" in the navigation bar. Fill in the title, category, price, location, description, and upload up to 5 photos. Your ad will be reviewed and go live within a few minutes.
Yes, posting an ad on SellZam is completely free. You can optionally promote your listing to appear in the Featured Ads section for a small fee (3–30 ZMW depending on the duration).
Ads are active for 30 days. You'll receive an email notification when your listing is about to expire. You can renew it for 30 more days for 5 ZMW.
Ads may be rejected if they violate our guidelines — for example, prohibited items, misleading content, duplicate listings, or inappropriate images. You'll receive an email with the reason. You can delete the rejected ad and repost with corrections.
Open any listing and click "Message Seller" to start a conversation through our built-in inbox. You can also use the Call or WhatsApp buttons if the seller has provided a phone number.
Yes. Go to My Ads, open the listing, and click Edit. You can update the title, price, description, location, and images at any time while the ad is active.
Open your listing and click the Delete button. Deleted ads are permanently removed along with their images. This action cannot be undone.
Featured Ads appear in the highlighted carousel on the homepage, giving your listing more visibility. You can feature a listing for 3 days (3 ZMW), 7 days (7 ZMW), or 30 days (30 ZMW) from the listing's detail page.
Open the listing and click the Report button. Select a reason and optionally add details. Our team will review it and take action within 24 hours.
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link valid for 1 hour.
You can browse and search listings without an account. However, you need to register to post ads, message sellers, save favorites, or receive notifications.
When you receive a new message, SellZam can send you a browser or mobile notification even when you're not on the site. Click "Enable" on the notification banner to allow this. You can disable it at any time in your browser settings.
