Services Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to promotional services sold directly by SellZam: Featured Listing packages (3 days, 7 days, 30 days) and the renewal (bump) credits included in those packages. These are digital services with no physical component.

Digital Services – Immediate Activation

All SellZam promotional services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Because the service begins instantly, standard product return procedures do not apply. Instead, the cancellation and refund conditions below govern your purchase.

When You Are Entitled to a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if: (1) your listing was not featured within 1 hour of confirmed payment due to a technical error on our side; (2) you were charged more than once for the same order; (3) SellZam removed your listing within 48 hours of promotion activation for reasons not related to a policy violation.

Return / Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date. Once a valid request is confirmed, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: the promotion was active and your listing was featured during the paid period; the listing was removed due to a violation of SellZam's Terms & Conditions; the request is submitted more than 7 days after payment; or the promotion was partially consumed (e.g. 3 of 7 days used).

Cancellation of an Active Promotion

You may request cancellation of an active promotion before it expires. However, because the service has already been partially delivered, refunds in this case are not automatic and will be assessed individually based on the remaining unused period.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Romanian law (OG 34/2014), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content or digital services that have begun with your prior express consent, this right no longer applies once performance has started. By purchasing a Featured Listing on SellZam, you consent to immediate activation and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived upon confirmed payment.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to commitsoftwaresolutionssrl@gmail.com with the subject line 'Refund Request', your account email, the listing ID, and the date of payment. We will respond within 2 business days.
