Delivery Policy

Services Sold by SellZam

SellZam sells digital promotional services for listings published on the platform. These include Featured Listing packages (3 days, 7 days, 30 days) and automatic renewal (bump) credits included in the 7-day and 30-day packages. No physical products are sold or shipped by SellZam.

Delivery Method

All services sold by SellZam are delivered digitally. Upon confirmed payment, the purchased promotion is activated automatically on the selected listing — no download, shipping, or physical delivery is required.

Estimated Delivery Time

Promotional services are activated within seconds of payment confirmation. In exceptional cases (e.g. payment processor delay), activation may take up to 30 minutes. If your listing has not been featured within 1 hour of payment, please contact us.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your promotion is active, you will be able to see your listing displayed in the Featured Ads section on SellZam. An email confirmation of your payment is also sent to the address associated with your account.

Renewal Credits

The 7-day package includes 3 automatic renewals and the 30-day package includes 9 automatic renewals. These are credited to your listing at the time of activation and applied automatically at regular intervals during the promotion period — no further action is needed from you.

Failed Delivery

If a technical error prevents your listing from being featured after a confirmed payment, please contact us at commitsoftwaresolutionssrl@gmail.com within 7 days. We will investigate and either activate the service or issue a full refund.
